What are your showroom hours
? |

Premier Rentals is
open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM by appointment. If you require the assistance of a sales consultant, it is
advisable to schedule an appointment before you visit. |

How far in advance should
I place an order? |
| A. |
The sooner you reserve your rental equipment,
the better. This is especially true for large events and holiday orders. Even if your
exact guest count has not been determined, it is best to place your order and then
make adjustments as needed. |

What information should I
have ready when I place my order? |
| A. |
You will be asked for your name, address, and
phone number. If you require delivery to a location other than the address you provide,
we will need the actual delivery address. Please let us know how you wish to handle
your payment as well. |

What are your terms and what methods
of payment will you accept? |
| A. |
Unless credit has been established, all rentals
must be secured by a 50% deposit at the time you place your order. The balance will
be due upon the delivery of your rentals. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover). Checks are acceptable if approved by a check cashing
service. For all no-credit term customers, a refundable credit card deposit is required
with each rental. |

I am having a small dinner party at
my home and wanted to know if you require a minimum order? |
| A. |
Premier Rentals accepts any orders, large
or small. However, to receive delivery and pick up, the order must be at least $125.00. |

Can you deliver rentals to my home?
Can someone help me set everything up? |
| A. |
Our staff will arrange with you the most convenient
times for delivery and pick up. And for a very nominal fee, our professional staff
will set up tables and chairs and fasten any table skirting. |

Will your drivers move my living room
furniture? |
| A. |
Premier Rental's liability insurance does not
cover your furnishings so it is advisable to make other arrangements. |

Do you request that dinnerware
be washed before you pick up my rentals at the end of the event? |

All dinnerware is delivered table ready and
we ask that it be rinsed before re-packing for pick up |

I am having an outdoor tent wedding
in the fall and want to know what else I'll need to rent beyond the obvious tables
and chairs. |

We have event planners that can walk you through
every detail of your party and help you decide what items you will need. We can give
you advice on how many glasses you will need at your bars, what size dance floor is
appropriate for your event, what kitchen equipment is needed and much,
much more. |

We are having a Garden Party and would
like to find some beautiful linens for the tables - do you offer this? |

We have literally hundreds
of specialty linens to choose from to make your party unique. As well, we also offer the standard
solid colors. |

I have two different events planned
this week and would like to know if it is possible to keep my rentals for the entire
time through both events? |
| A. |
We often do long term rentals. Based on the
specifics and timing of your needs, there will be an "additional usage"
charge added to your order. |

We are planning for our
upcoming wedding. I am one of the last to get married out of my peers, so I am interested
in doing a very different theme for our reception. Can you make any suggestions? |

Premier Rentals has creative, experienced staff
that can help you put any theme together. We have a wide assortment of tables, chairs,
china, flatware and glassware to choose from to make your wedding special. We have
beautiful serving pieces ranging from traditional to contemporary. We also have sourced
literally hundreds of linens that have yet to be seen in St. Louis, so you are sure
to get something different and exciting. Also, if there is anything specific that
you are looking for that we do not typically carry, our specialist will source it
for you. |

I am on the committee for
a large St. Louis charity and our annual event is coming up. It is typically attended
by approximately 2,000 people - can you handle an event of this size? |

Absolutely! Premier Rentals carries very large
quantities of rental equipment. We have great experience working with various charities
in the St. Louis area and can easily accommodate a party of 2,000... and even more! |
